I took my GrandChildren to the park the other day. What a beautiful day!

We actually were on our way to the Dairy Queen to buy them some ice-cream. They enjoy their blizzards.  On our way we took many pictures.

They are an athletic girl and boy and I wish to say a big thank you to their mommy for being so active. I like to take some of that credit too with being consistent with my GYM workouts and power walks. I did manage to get a 2 miles power walk in this morning before the day got too hot.
