Ease anxiety by cooling off!
If you’re feeling anxious, soak a washcloth in ice water and place it on the back of your neck for five minutes. It’ll slow circulation to the head by constricting blood vessels, decreasing activity in the brain’s stress center and calming negative thoughts.
This will also cool you down on a super hot day.

What exercises would you recommend for relieving tight and aching muscles such as one gets after several hours at one job, like sewing or gardening? I often wake up with a headache the next day if I spend too much time with my head at one angle.
