ALMOND milk has a nutty hint, but its flavor is fairly neutral overall. It works in both sweet (cereal) and savory (soup) dishes.
I do drink Almond milk, either unsweetened or vanilla flavored. They both are tasty on my cereal, which I love with no sugar added. I did try the coconut flavored and because of more fat and calories I prefer not to drink it.
COCONUT If you love whole milk and cream, you’ll dig the thick texture. And even in the unsweetened type, the coconut flavor supplies sweetness.
FLAX milk is the lowest in calories, making it the perfect base for a slimming smoothies snack.
RICE This sweet choice is best for those with soy and nut allergies, but it sometimes processed with the allergens so check labels.
SOY Soymilk is the only nondairy variety that’s high in filling protein, so it’s good for vegans and folks with lactose intolerance.

My GrandSon had to make his own self-portrait at school. As I pick him and his sister up a couple of times a week he had asked me if I had seen it hanging on the wall. I made a point of taking a look and of course like any GrandMa would do, I pulled out my cell and just had to have a copy of his portrait. When I showed him his portrait on my cell, his smile told me everything. I love you A.J. Your portrait is awesome!!
He is such a sweet boy.
