My daughter invited me to join her for another one of her ‘stairs workout’.
I do stairs often, although not as many as these ones in the photos below.
We did this on Saturday morning and all total we did over 900 stairs. Proud moment of fitness for me as I have improved greatly from the last time I attempted all of these stairs.

I want to inspire you~
My daughter at the half way mark. There is a bench at the left of her and to be honest we do not take a break, as there are more stairs to climb to get to the top.

Of course! Me, the Baby Boomer. I am doing them, just not as fast as my girl. I didn’t want to run and hop like I did a couple months back.
Never give up~
I refuse to ever ‘give up’ with my fitness. I am determined to be a fit baby boomer.
120 Stairs. You want me to do what?
This was another set of stairs we climbed after climbing the other ones and walking up the hill. Quite the hike!
Take a Buddy with you~
Jake comes with us and he does a great job.

We did it! I was so pleased that I only have some tenderness in my calves and was able to be at the gym bright and early this morning.
