Thank GOD for all that you are grateful. Trust GOD for what you need.

Beautiful Fall colors.

Breast Cancer Run done this past Sunday with my daughter. We both have lost loved ones to breast cancer and run in their memory.

My Hubby was quite sick for a few days which slowed me right down.  He calls me his favorite nurse.  He is a great guy and I will always do my best to make him comfortable when he is not feeling good.  He’s on medication and will soon be near perfect.  :)

I actually took the photo of the colorful tree right outside of the hospital.

There’s no one more special than YOU~

This photo reminded me that Fall is here and to enjoy all the vibrant colors.

Remember to count your blessings.

Appreciate all the little things you have.

Count your accomplishments. The list is longer than you think!

I am grateful to have been up early this morning and made it to the gym once again.

Making Exercise Easier

There is never a “bad” time to exercise. Research proves that you are more likely to stick to a regular routine if you go the gym or for a walk or run early in the morning.

It works fabulous for me! My gym workouts are done at 6:00 in the morning. My runs are done a wee bit later in the morning because of safety issues.

If you wait till later, chances are you may get busy and put off your workout.

Morning workouts kick-start my metabolism and helps me burn calories more efficiently all day.

What a  bonus!

I will always promote fitness as I know how good it makes this Baby Boomer feel. I was at the gym yesterday and this morning did a stairs workout and a 5 km Run.

Fitness is something I truly enjoy.

It Will Have You Smiling

Me and My Little Brother~HPIM0019-vi-001

M.J. and A.J. were at my home after school the other day and we decided to look at photos of them when they were younger. Well, I am proud to say this Grandma has no shortage of “GrandKidlet” Photos.

I think most ,if not all Grandparents have the need to boast and show off pictures now and again. We were doing a whole lot of, “Oh Wow, look at that one!”  “Awwwweee, what an adorable picture.” “I love this one.”  “This one is my favorite”. On and on it went.

It left the three of us with smiles, chuckles, laughter, love and lots of positive energy fluttering in the air.

We really did enjoy looking at all these precious memories and I hope you do too.

A Hug Will Make You Smile~

You’re The Best~

M.J. and A.J. are proud of their Bears they made while in my Daycare.

Oh, we did have tons of fun! Just maybe that is where my continued laughter and silliness comes in.
