 Not only does getting seven to eight hours of sleep per night reduce your risk of diabetes, protect your heart and lower your stress level, University of Massachusetts scientists say it helps you remember happy experiences more vividly!

Sleep is critical for processing emotionally positive experiences, helping them turn into long-term memories!

I do get to bed on time and it helps me wake up early and be at the GYM for 6:00 a.m.  I am a ‘morning person’.  There is nothing like the early morning and hearing the birds and feeling at peace. I am grateful.
